  • All offerings are non-clinical and do not include therapy, diagnosis, or clinical treatment.

    My standard rate for a 45–50 minute non-clinical art workshop is $225, including materials. Adjustments may be made based on program needs and funding.

    Ideal for: Artists, writers, performers, and anyone feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or disconnected from their creative potential.

    What to expect:

    • One-on-one guidance in building confidence and self-expression

    • Tools and strategies for overcoming creative blocks or perfectionism

    • Focus on personal growth, empowerment, and creativity.

      Cost:

    • $110 per 50 minute individual session. 

    • Sliding scale available upon request, based on financial need. 

    • Coaching is not therapy and does not include clinical diagnosis.
