Our Process

Initial Consultation with Attorney

I first speak with the referring attorney to discuss the case and explain our evaluation process. This ensures all legal requirements are understood and the evaluation is tailored to the client’s needs.

Client Interview(s)

1–3 appointments are scheduled with the client to gather information. Note: These meetings are part of the evaluation process and do not constitute therapy.

Evaluation Preparation

The clinician reviews all information and completes a detailed immigration mental health evaluation, including assessment of trauma, mental health, and psychosocial factors relevant to the case.

Delivery of Evaluation

Once completed, the evaluation report is securely emailed to both the client and the referring attorney for use in legal proceedings.
